At the onset of winter, some friends and I were planning a trip to hill station. Kodaikanal was our immediate choice as it easily undermines some of the other popular hill stations in the country with its beautiful & calm setting amidst the clouds.
I was very excited about the trip as it was a long time since I had a taken a break from work. My friend, being a new member of Country Club Vacation India, was amazed by the services offered. So we thought about giving Country Club Kodaikanal a try.
Finally the day of the trip arrived and we set out on our journey! Country Club Kodikanal is located at the top of Palani Hill range giving it the most beautiful setting.
As soon as we reached the resort, we were greeted by a very warm and courteous staff. The resort has rooms with panoramic windows that give you a view of greenery among the pine valleys. Facilities in the resort are well-maintained by the staff. The resort also offers a surprise in the form of an open-air multi-cuisine restaurant overlooking the valley. What's more, there is a vegetable garden where one can stroll and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The staff at the resort arranged for a local sightseeing excursion for us. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience for us and will be definitely visiting this place again!

In one such memorable event, Country Club Kolat Roesort organized a special screening of Bollywood thriller starring Ajay Devgan - Drishyam. Several members turned up for the screening with their families.
The movie started at 8PM with members occupying seats of their choice and comfort. The staff ensured that drinks and food was circulated during the movie.
Enjoying their popcorn and drinks, the members enjoyed the entire movie. At the end of the screening, dinner was arranged for those who wished to eat at the resort.
The staff was trained and organized to ensure every member was well served during the show. All attendees left fully satisfied and happy.
